1. General Shipping Guidelines

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. However, certain remote locations may have limited shipping options. If your area falls under restricted delivery zones, our team will reach out to discuss the best possible alternative.

3. Shipping Timeframes
We understand the excitement of receiving your favorite accessories, and we work diligently to dispatch orders at the earliest. Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (Available in select cities)

  • Pre-Order or Custom Items: 10-15 business days

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100-₹150 applies based on your location. Express shipping is available at an additional charge, which varies according to your pin code.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once you place an order, our team ensures a thorough quality check before dispatch. Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

In case of any unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or festivals, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

6. Tracking Your Order
To track your package, simply use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking ID on our ‘Track Order’ page to get real-time updates on your shipment status.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service
We offer Cash on Delivery for select pin codes across India. A minimal COD charge of ₹100 is applicable. If a customer refuses delivery after selecting COD, future orders may require prepaid payment.

8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services globally soon. Stay tuned for updates!

9. Undelivered Orders
If an order is marked as undelivered due to an incorrect address, phone number, or repeated non-availability of the recipient, our support team will contact you for reattempting delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the product.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
